Smartbooqing specializes in invoice processing, and we do it like the best. As soon as your invoices are in the portal with us, we process them at line level and book them in the accounting system after a short review.

Does Smartbooqing process UBL files?

Yes. Invoices sent in Universal Business Language (UBL) format are processed effortlessly by Smartbooqing.For UBL, Smartbooqing is a partner of the Pan-Eurpoean Public Procurement Online network (PEPPOL).

How do I submit a file?

Submitting files is a piece of cake. Send your files via a special Smartbooqing email address, upload them directly in the portal or send them to our Authorisation.

Is Smartbooqing a Scan and Recognize solution?

Maybe a little bit. Smartbooqing uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR), the technique used for Scan and Recognition. Whereas OCR is the technology for Scan and Recognition solutions, Smartbooqing uses OCR only to determine what we should do with the invoice. Our self-developed ICAP technology then goes to work with the invoice.

Can I submit several documents at the same time?

Yes, you can. Send as many invoices at once as you like.

Can I see the status of the invoices I have submitted?

Of course! Our performance is important to us. In our portal you can see exactly which invoices are processed, what the status of these invoices is and how the system performs for your administration(s).

Does Smartbooqing recognize double invoices, reminders and ghost invoices?

Certainly! Smartbooqing is not for nothing the smartest invoice processor in the world. Smartbooqing recognizes when you send a double invoice by mistake. We handle this as such and, of course, we do not process it twice.
In addition, Smartbooqing recognises whether a reminder is sent to the portal and we have an extensive database to recognise ghost invoices.
