A prominent consultancy and accountancy firm, established through the merger of multiple well-known entities, operates across the Netherlands. With over 1,100 professionals and 13 branches, including twelve multidisciplinary offices, the firm provides comprehensive services to enterprising clients across dynamic regions of the country.
Our client sought a solution for uniform processing across nearly all their companies, with a few exceptions. This requirement posed a significant challenge in managing operations efficiently across such a diverse environment.
Major challenges included:
- Uniform Processing Needs: The requirement for uniform processing of invoices across almost all companies, with a few exceptions.
- Complexity in Customization: Struggling to manage diverse financial profiles leading to potential difficulties in aligning with specific project needs and ensuring uniform financial tracking.
- Comprehensive AP Tracking: Facing challenges in managing Accounts Payable with limited dimensions, leading to incomplete financial analysis and diminished control over financial transactions.
- Scalability: Ensuring the solution could scale with the increasing volume of invoices processed annually.
- Data Management: Handling and processing a vast number of invoices accurately and efficiently.

To address these challenges, we developed a Partial Template feature that allows our client to configure selective uniform processing based on their company’s sector. Unlike our standard Template feature, this new functionality does not alter dynamically, granting clients full control over their configurations.
